Dave is a CAPS/CMS certified Sommelier and currently holds a WSET L3 as a DipWSET candidate, leaving completion of the WSET diploma next on his to do list. Dave works as Sommelier + Key Account Manager for the NSLC Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, servicing Nova Scotia’s premium restaurants and VIP clientele.
With experience hosting and educating on the topics of wine and spirits through the NSLC’s flagship experience-based store since 2016, Dave is very excited to get back in front of the wine curious community and will be joining the CAPS-AC team as an instructor this fall.
